1. General Information
All orders are processed and shipped from Vienna, Austria.
Lore FlexCo offers worldwide delivery via FedEx, ensuring fast and reliable service to our customers across all destinations.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays).
During busy periods, collection launches, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details that allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, United States, and other international destinations) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lore FlexCo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence at delivery, or refusal of customs payment, the shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Lore FlexCo is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. However, we will assist in resolving any issues with FedEx whenever possible.
